machine was kept in hot and humid condition. Caused the rubber to melt and machine deemed useless.

Thank you for letting us know the problems you incurred shipping with us, Im sorry to hear the rubber melted in the heat. Unfortunately, it is quite hot in UAE in summer and shipments are not kept in temperature controlled areas nor are they transported in temperature controlled vehicles.However, please open an incident for damages using your order numer and email and we will look into the matter.
